Students must ask for permission before leaving the gym.
Parents are not allowed to talk to the students while they are in the gym.
Parents are able to watch from the windows and doorways.  THEY ARE NOT TO COME IN UNLESS INSTRUCTED BY A COACH.
If a student is disobeying rules, improperly using equipment, or disrespecting coaches or other athletes, they will be asked to leave the room.

CLASS COSTS/FEES
Each monthly payment will be the same, averaging four classes per month.
Payment is due the first class of the month.  Any payment made on or after the third week of the month will be charged a $15.00 late fee.  If payment is not made by the third week of the month, your child will not be able to participate in class.
Tuition is non-refundable.  If a student misses class, they can have a make-up class.  Class credit for the next month will only be allowed if the student misses more than half the month.

DISCOUNTS
There is a 5% discount per additional athlete/class up to 20%.  Add-on classes are excluded.
Season in Full (June-Aug, Sept-Dec, Jan-May) 5%
Year in Full (Combination of any two seasons) 10%

 CLASS PLACEMENT
All students will begin in an age-level based class.  If their skill level exceeds the class, they will be asked to move to a more advanced class by the coach’s choice.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS
If class is canceled due to weather or instructor illness, an email will be sent to the email you registered your child with.  Coaches try to announce a canceled class by 2PM that day.  A make-up date/time will be posted as well.  Refunds will not be given for class canceled due to weather.  It is out of the gym's control, and we do our best to provide a make-up class that works for everyone.

RECITAL
Every spring we hold a recital for all students to display their learned skills.  Recital is not mandatory.
If your child wishes to participate in recital, there is a $15 recital fee, and each costume is $50.
Recital practice begins in April, when the students return from Spring Break.  If your child is not in recital, they are still welcome to participate in class.  They will continue to work on new skills while the other students prepare for recital.
Information on recital photos will be handed out once costumes have been received.

PARENT/COACH COMMUNICATION AND CONTACT INFORMATION
If there is a need for a parent to communicate with a coach, please email them to first discuss the problem.  Our coaches are very busy, and we cannot take time away from the other students to talk with parents.
Please come to any of your child’s coaches if you have a problem or concern, or have general questions. Your thoughts are important to us, but we can’t know what you need or are thinking unless you talk to us. If we cannot help you we will explain why and we will work to find another way to resolve the issue.
