No gum is allowed in the gym.
Water bottles are allowed in the gym. No other food or drink is allowed.
Students must ask for permission before leaving the gym.
Parents are not allowed to talk to the students while they are in the gym.
Parents are able to watch from the windows and doorways. THEY ARE NOT TO COME IN UNLESS INSTRUCTED BY A COACH.
If a student is disobeying rules, improperly using equipment, or disrespecting coaches or other athletes, they will be asked to leave the room.
CLASS COSTS/FEES
When you register for your session, there will be a $15 registration fee per family per session.
We do have some new payment policies to our program. With classes filling, waitlists, and non-payment issues, we will be requiring auto pay. If you wish to pay with cash or check, you absolutely can! It just needs to be done before the 1st of the month via the drop box. If payment is declined, you will receive a phone call or email to request payment (with a $15 fee), and if it has not been made by the 15th, your athlete will be dropped. We are hoping this eliminates our current payment problems and athletes dropping without notifying the gym. When we hold a spot for an athlete that never shows, it prevents other athletes from being pulled from the waitlist.
Prices will still be monthly. There will be NO REFUNDS on tuition unless it is an error on the gym's end. If you are dropping, you need to notify the office before the 1st of the month. Dropping after auto payment has processed will not be refunded.
PICK-UP PROTOCOL
Any athlete in tots, mini, or level 1 age groups MUST be signed out by a parent. It is recommended that any athlete in more advanced classes under the age of 7 be escorted by a parent out of the gym. Athletes will line up inside the gym exercise area (not waiting room) to wait for their pick-up. The athlete must be signed out on our Athlete Pick-Up Page in order to leave the gym area.
CLASS PLACEMENT
All students will begin in an age-level based class. If their skill level exceeds the class, they will be asked to move to a more advanced class by the coach’s choice.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
If class is canceled due to weather or instructor illness, an email will be sent to the email you registered your child with. Coaches try to announce a canceled class by 2PM that day. A make-up date/time will be posted as well. Refunds will not be given for class canceled due to weather. It is out of the gym's control, and we do our best to provide a make-up class that works for everyone.
PARENT/COACH COMMUNICATION AND CONTACT INFORMATION
If there is a need for a parent to communicate with a coach, please email them to first discuss the problem, or meet with them before/after class. Our coaches are very busy, and we cannot take time away from the other students to talk with parents.
Please come to any of your child’s coaches if you have a problem or concern, or have general questions. Your thoughts are important to us, but we can’t know what you need or are thinking unless you talk to us. If we cannot help you we will explain why and we will work to find another way to resolve the issue.
