Description of Classes:
Tots Gymnastics: This is a parent participation class where an obstacle course is set up. The parents will bring their athlete through the obstacle course, and the class will work on stretching, motor skills, and fundamentals of gymnastics! This is for ages 3 and under.
Mini Gymnastics: This class is for ages 3-5 (must be potty trained). They will work on the fundamentals of gymnastics and movement, while safely improving strength and flexibility. Bars, beam, floor, and vault are included in the curriculum. We also love to have fun with weekly themes!
Rec 1 Gymnastics: This class is for ages 6 & up. They will work on the fundamentals of gymnastics and movement, while safely improving strength and flexibility. Bars, beam, floor, and vault are included in the curriculum. They will work on beginner skills once mastering their fundamentals.
Rec 2 + Gymnastics: There is a skills requirement of a backbend kick over, cast on bars, and lever on beam to be able to join the class. This class will focus on strength, flexibility, and skill building with drills and conditioning. Basic to intermediate skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault. There will be a wide skill range of athletes, and they will be broken up into groups according to what skills they are working on.
If interested, this class will transition into our Copper pre-team or competitive Bronze & Silver group.
Aerial Silks: These classes focus on strength, flexibility, coordination, while contorting and manipulating your body in the air in the silk!

Competitive Cheer: This program will give your athletes the opportunity to travel and present their skills in front of judges and compete against other teams! Try-out or pre-team is required.
Competitive Gymnastics: This program offers xcel competitive levels. They will travel and compete against other gymnasts in front of judge panels. Gaylord competitive gymnasts must transfer to Roscommon after Silver level.
